A.P. Sculpture Students went on a walking field trip yesterday. We explored parts of Millennium Park and looked at the wonderful architecture the city has to offer. We talked about kinetic and acoustic sculptures- art that moves and has some sound element to it. We discussed how "alien" the structure of the Pritzker Pavillion looks in comparison to the city scape. And, we had fun looking at and discussing how Cloud Gate (a.k.a. The Bean) was constructed.
