Exquisite Corpse Sculpture

A.P. Sculpture is back in session and the students are ready to work! The first day in class we created Exquisite Corpse drawings to ease the students into their first sculpture. Their first project is to create a new anthropomorphic form from thrifted plastic toys. The students have to saw, cut, unscrew, deconstruct existing toys and reassemble them into a new exciting figure/form. Since "Transformers III" is being filmed just outside the classroom, we will keep this unit in the fantasy realm!
